Totally recommend for a transient visit
Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, with convenient access to transport options like the Air Train and Path train making it easy to explore the area.
The hotel itself is very tired and quite shabby.

The Holiday Inn was a pleasant surprise with its clean and well-appointed rooms. The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff was accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the pool area, complete with hot tubs and saunas, which contributed to a premium experience. The room featured lovely views, comfortable beds, and a good shower, enhancing my overall stay.
The dining options were somewhat limited and overpriced.

The Verrazano Bridge view from the King Room was breathtaking, providing a picturesque backdrop that included sights of Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in, though the room lacked sufficient lighting and extra towels. Despite being busy, the valet service was reliable, making it easier to navigate the stay during a family emergency.

The location offers quick access to multiple subway lines, ensuring easy exploration of the area. Comfortable beds in the spacious rooms create a nice spot to recharge after a long day out.
The check-in process felt a bit chaotic, requiring repeated discussions and clarity about payment, as well as missing communication about features like ice machines. While the rooms appear updated, signs of neglect are evident with poor maintenance in areas like cabinet doors and stained wallpaper, detracting from the overall vibe. Some noise from the bustling street and thin walls may disrupt sleep if you're not a heavy sleeper, while the pool hours limit spontaneous midday relaxation.

The location is superb, right in downtown Brooklyn! The room was tidy and the bed felt like a cloud—a rare treat after a day of NYC adventures.
But alas, the elevators were slower than a snail on vacation. I nearly set up a camp while waiting!

The room layout impressed me right away. It had a cozy bed and a clean look. I felt at home almost instantly, especially with the nice view from the window. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic. I arrived at 3 PM, but my room wasn’t ready until nearly 4:30 PM. The staff tried to help, but it felt unorganized. Breakfast was an issue. I prepaid but couldn’t find any confirmation when I arrived. Trying to get breakfast the next day was frustrating, with the restaurant staff being unhelpful. It didn’t leave a good impression. Housekeeping was delayed too. I didn't see them show up at a reasonable time during my stay. If they had more attention to these details, my experience would have been much better.
