Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, with convenient access to transport options like the Air Train and Path train making it easy to explore the area.

The hotel itself is very tired and quite shabby.

The Holiday Inn was a pleasant surprise with its clean and well-appointed rooms. The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff was accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the pool area, complete with hot tubs and saunas, which contributed to a premium experience. The room featured lovely views, comfortable beds, and a good shower, enhancing my overall stay.

The dining options were somewhat limited and overpriced.

The Verrazano Bridge view from the King Room was breathtaking, providing a picturesque backdrop that included sights of Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in, though the room lacked sufficient lighting and extra towels. Despite being busy, the valet service was reliable, making it easier to navigate the stay during a family emergency.

I had a wonderful 2-night stay that highlighted the exceptional location and welcoming staff. The room was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a family trip. the check-in process could be improved, as I experienced a slight delay upon arrival.

Delayed check-in process!!! !!! Dated decor and facilities!!! Noise levels were unbearable at night!!! Poor housekeeping services were disappointing!!! Elevator waits were ridiculously long!!!

The staff tried to help, but it felt unorganized. Breakfast was an issue. I prepaid but couldn’t find any confirmation when I arrived. Trying to get breakfast the next day was frustrating, with the restaurant staff being unhelpful. It didn’t leave a good impression. Housekeeping was delayed too. I didn't see them show up at a reasonable time during my stay. If they had more attention to these details, my experience would have been much better.
